2014年客户反馈——我们一同成长

2014年的最后一篇,由我的客户们替我完成。以下是我今年收到的客户反馈,有些中文有些英文,为避免出现歧义我就不翻译了。真心感谢每一位信任我,支持我,并且花时间为我写反馈的客户。能够帮助到你们是我的荣幸,更是我的骄傲。我依然会坚守承诺,不断提升自己来回报你们。祝大家新年愉快!

  1.  刘睿劼先生为我个人进行了十分专业与详细的财产分析以及今后若干年内合理的理财投资规划。其分析有理有据,让人信服,让我深刻的意识到了理财的重要性。在为我申请各种理财产品的过程中,他也十分积极的多次主动上门服务。从与他的交流中,我可以感受到他对工作的热情以及渊博的专业知识。我希望今后能长期与其合作,也相信他为我选择的理财产品能够为我带来理想的收益。

  10. 业精于勤精于专!唯有热爱自己事业的人才肯下苦功夫钻研,才能出成果。为服务客户的宗旨不能变,根据客户需求进行产品选择才是王道。我记得第一次大雪天理查德开一个小时车来我家为我们答疑解惑,花了近4个小时把所有可行方案走了个遍,我们仍然犹豫不决,最后他的车卡在雪地里走不动的时候他仍然一脸笑容地幽默自嘲。这样的work ethics千金不换!

  11. 睿劼对保险产品有非常全面丰富的认识。他了解客户的需求,并以此为基础,推荐他觉得合适的产品,对客户的态度非常耐心,为他们详细地介绍产品的优缺点,让客户了解到他们所买的产品,并产生一种安全感,这是很难在别的sales身上看到的,非常宝贵的一点。如果我有朋友需要买保险的话,我一定会向他们推荐睿劼,因为我相信他的专业,以及他的人品。谢谢!

  12. Richard Liu is a funny, knowledgeable and resource-able agent in the financial services industry. Most importantly, he has so much integrity than people can imagine. He is always on time and well prepared. In addition, he uses tons of researches to back his analysis, which makes me confidently disclose my personal information to him. Most impressively, I brought a 19-year-old boy to our first appointment. Even Richard realized that the boy might not hire him because the boy doesn't have solid income for now, Richard still conducted enough research, prepared for the presentations and provided valuable insights to manage the boy's wealth. I am confident that Richard will be progressively successful in the industry and hesays, he is willing to see the clients growing with him.

  13. I choose Richard as my financial adviser, not only because he has solid background and knowledgeabout finance industry, and also, he is really passionate about this job. I keep asking same simple questions but all these simple questions never make him run out of patience. His advises are realistic and achievable,and suitable for younger people like me. Besides, he is a very reliable person. He is never late for appointments, and also he reminds me for things I keep forgetting. That's why I trust Richard. :)

  14. I am writing this letter to introduce and refer my friend and financial advisor,Richard Ruijie Liu. Even though I have been knowing Richard for several years,it was still an unexpected moment when I heard that Richard decided to choose financial planning as his long term career. Richard is NOT the typical sales man who tries to earn a commission based on the number of financial products sold. But rather, Richard is a financial advisor who likes to build trusted relationship with his clients and help them build solid financial foundation so that the clients can enjoy a better life. Therefore, I truly appreciate Richard’s dedicated service.

  15. I have known Richard for a long time and I became to know him quite well. I became his client in early 2014, and he is the first person that I consult with when I have needs for financial products. Not only because that he is my friend, but also because I trust his professionalism,his knowledge about financial industry, his characters, and more importantly, his sincerity about helping people. And Richard has not failed me. Through the entire process he has offered great help, I can tell he lived by his principles and he truly cares for his clients. Due to unforeseeable events, I had to go back to China shortly after becoming his client for couple months. He helped me without any hesitation withdrawing money from my investment account. I am sure this may negatively affect his compensation, but he still offered great help. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard to anybody.

  16. As a science background student, a common friend introduced me to Richard Liu during this year Spring time. During the first appointment, I shared my interest in financial planning and stated the currentfinancial situation to him. After patiently listening all my concerns and questions, Richard showed me a power point created by himself for non-financial background people to understand the importance of financial planning with detailed explanations. And then he introduced me all the possible financial products in all aspects based on my personal case. Richard was able to show his sincere consideration for the potential client. Meanwhile, I was impressed by his honesty and outstanding working experiences. These factors made me put full trust on him and CWF Group. I had decided to let him become my personal financial advisor within an hour informational appointment. Afterwards, I had two more appointments with him to choose products and sign contracts under detailedguidance. Richard also was able to follow up with financial products and tellme relevant information in time. Overall, I am very satisfied to have him as myfinancial advisor who has a good attitude to his client and passionate about his career. 

  17. I have to say that Richard totally changed the image what I normally thought about 'life insurance'. Unlike other representatives (advisors) who only care about closing the deal soon enough,Richard walked me through every single details, answered all my doubts. And finally came up with the best suitable plan for me and my wife! Now we learned that it's not only about how much we're going to carry away in the future but also feeling secured from the bottom of our hearts for whether worse or better life's treating us. The only thing we can do is be fully prepared when we can! With Richard, I believe that I'm in good hands!

  18. You are very different than other agents I have encountered.You have provided us with many valuable proposals and investment alternatives,and you are a very kind person.
